Munstead Horse Trials BE(1)

24th-25th March 2018

The first BE event of the year run by Munstead Horse Trials.

A frendly event which is fantastic for grassroot riders or those wanting to move up to the next level.

XC courses range from 80cm to 100cm and all disciplines are run on fairly level, sandy ground.

About Us

We are a friendly event run on mainly level grassland for all three disciplines. Our soil is sandy so going is good all year round despite the weather!

This year there will be some new fences and course changes - we hope you like them!

Getting to us: If you are using a sat nav please use the postcode GU7 1XA, lorries will need to enter the showground from Godalming. The turn is inaccessible from Cranleigh direction.

At the Event

Not only do we expect to see plenty of competitors on our event days we also expect to receive spectators. There will be catering on site and if you would like to be recommended nearby accommodation please contact us.

For visitors (inlcuding grooms/helpers travelling separately) arriving with us in cars please display a current BE membership card in order to be admitted to the showground for free. Where you do not have a current BE membership card Munstead Horse Trials will charge £5 for cars with single occupants and £10 for cars with multiple occupants. If you are inviting friends to come and watch you compete please make sure that they are aware of the car park charges.

We love to see all animals however please can we ask that all dogs to be kept on short leads whilst at the showground, I am sure you understand why! Please also pick up after them and use the bins provided to dispose of bags.

Please take away all litter (or use the bins provided) - horseboxes/ trailers are not to be mucked out at the showground. We also ask that all plaiting bands are taken home with you - the fields are used for grazing and we wouldn't want our cherished steeds hoovering up any disgarded bands/ litter.....

Official Photographers: Our official photographers for the event are Spidge Photography. They will be printing on site and they also accept online orders from their website http://spidge.co.uk/
